Trail Map.

Hike: RT 5.5; 3.0 up. Mount Steele
is the highpoint of the Tetrahedron Plateau; Tetrahedron Provinsion
Park's tallest peak, which bears its name, is part of an adjacent range
and isn't accessed from the plateau. Sechelt's recreation park is a
year-round destination; four rustic cabins, including one at the foot of
the mountain, facilitate overnight visits. The trail is not that
exciting; however, the sub-alpine terrain is delightful, and the summit
grants fine views of Tetrahedron Peak and taller glaciated mountains to the north.
